Trading Platforms

ATC Brokers provides only one type of trading platform based on the popular MetaTrader 4. They also give you additional features that you can add to your MetaTrader 4 with their own MT Pro software.

There are a lot of features in the MT Pro software. One prominent feature is that it gets the trading data from your trading account and provides you with a range of reports. The reports include profit and loss, winners/losers, performance, and time analysis. The MT4 platform provided by this broker supports both PC and mobile. Below is an image of the MT Pro software reports.

With Metatrader 4 software you get access to most technical indicators and you are also able to use expert advisors.

ATC Brokers do not provide a platform based on the MetaTrader 5. But there is not too much of a difference between the Metatrader 4 and Metatrader 5 platform. Both a great for traders. But it would be great if this broker can provide you with the MetaTrader 5 platform. There is a range of other brokers out there who provides a trading platform based on the MetaTrader 5 platform.

Also, this broker does not provide you with any social trading platform.

Instruments Available for Trading

There are only 3 financial asset classes available to choose from to trade with ATC Brokers. These are Forex, Metals, and CFDs. ATC Brokers do not provide you with any cryptocurrencies or shares to trade which can be disappointing to some trades. There are other brokers out there who provide you with much more asset classes.

Forex

ATC Brokers provides you will all the major currency pairs and a range of exotic currency pairs that you can trade with. The maximum lot that you can use is 500 lots. The spreads for currency pairs are variable and depend on the type of currency pair you are trading.

Metals

The metals provided by ATC Brokers to be traded are Gold and Silver. With metals the maximum leverage allowed is 50:1. The maximum lot size is 500 lots. The spreads for the metals are variable as well.

CFDs

Provides you with major indices, Brent, and WTI crude oil.

Account Types

There are 3 accounts that you can open with this Broker. These are individual accounts, joint accounts, or corporate trading accounts.

Commissions and Spreads

ATC Brokers provides you with variable spreads. On top of the spreads, there are commissions as well. This broker charges a commission fee of $0.60 USD for a contract of 10,000 lot size (mini-contract) and $6.00 USD for a $100,000 lot size (standard contract).

Leverage Provided

You can have up to 200:1 with this broker. For account sizes below 100,000 USD, the leverage is set to 200:1. For account sizes above 100,000 USD, the leverage is set to 100:1.

Education Provided

ATC Brokers provides you with very basic education on trading different financial instruments. The education provided by ATC is okay for an absolute beginner but not enough for you to become a profitable trader. If you are really interested in learning how to trade forex, check out our free guide here. In this guide, we will go through everything you need to know to become a profitable trader.

Demo Accounts

This broker does provide you with demo accounts but the demo accounts are only valid for 60 days which is disappointing. If you want a demo account to be valid for a longer duration you need to open a live account with this broker.

Then the demo account will be valid as long as your live account is alive. There are plenty of other brokers who provide you with demo accounts without needing to open a live account so opening a demo account with this broker is not recommended.

Awards

ATC Brokers is not an award-winning broker.

VPS Solutions

ATC Brokers have partnered with Beeks financial cloud to provide VPS Solutions. This is great if you are a trader who requires a VPS solution.

Methods of Payments

The only method of payment (Withdrawals and Deposits) provided by this broker are bank wire transfers and Union Pay. This is a bit disappointing. Most of the other brokers provide you with much more methods of payment.

Customer Support

Does provide you with decent customer support. Not the best customer support in the industry. There are other brokers with better customer support.

Regulations – Is ATC Brokers Regulated

ATC Brokers is regulated by the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority (CIMA). CIMA is not one of the top regulators in the industry. But it is always better to be regulated than not.

Is ATC Brokers a legit Broker?

Yes, ATC Brokers is a legit broker who is regulated but there is nothing special about ATC Brokers. There is no major advantage at the moment for choosing ATC Brokers over other brokers. In fact, there are certain things lacking with ATC Brokers and at this stage, it is hard to recommend ATC Brokers. Check below for the top recommended brokers.
